Bottle (I want to say it was a 2004, but I am not sure) shared by the staff at Woodshop 6. Pours with a hazed brown body full of particles with a small off-white head. Very nice aroma of red wine, jammy fruit, quite decadent. Cherry, raspberry and nectarine. A bit bready. Lightly oxidized. Flavors are sour, vinegar, acetic (a bit harsh), brown sugar, balsamic, vinous, red wine, cherry and raspberry. Dry and acetic. Very glad to have tried this!

Flavors are fruity, honey, pear, peach, bready. Estery. Lavender and dried apricot. Medium spice. Dry finish, lively bubbles. Seems to have held up quite well.

First off WOW I can’t believe I got to try this. A huge thanks to footbalm for pulling this rare treat out. Pours out a dark cloudy copper topped with a sand head. Aroma was of dark cherries, oak, sweetness, light pit fruit, and some brett. Taste was as the aroma with the cherries leading the way; next you get some raspberries, vanilla, oak, barnyard, funk, tart, a little grape, and some spice. Thanks again buddy for this.

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Dark brown color with mahogany shades. Very dark color, with mahogany/red shades, and a beautiful necklace. The aroma is immediately cheesy and yeasty, not what expected, but appreciated somehow. Chocolate flavor, with some sweetness, and a very strong yeast presence (less interesting here than the aroma); bold bitterness; the alcohol warmth is perceived more than expected.
