44cl can from Alko, Espoo. Pours close to black with a somewhat modest, slightly tanned head. Roasty aroma with lots of cardamom. Spicy, malty and rather desserty with cardamom dominating. Sweet with medium flavour intensity and bitterness on the lighter side. Rather pleasant and quite balanced after all. Decent Christmas beer!

0.33l bottle from Hoppiness, the oldest from my stock. Aroma of smoke, leather, dried fruit and chocolate. Pours pitch black color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head and yeast residue. Taste starts with mild sweet licorice and chocolate, following is smoky, leathery and woody, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy blonde, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely hoppy, aromatic, fruity and tropical, resinous. Body is fairly thick, carbonation is average. A little chewy. Taste is medium bitter, strongly aromatic. Final is fairly long, bitter, aromatic.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours brown, fairly transparent, with fine, light cream foam. Aroma is malty, a little smoked. Body is fairly thick, with average carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with good malty sweetness behind as well. Final is fairly long, but delicate.

Almost black colour, minimal beige-ish head; aroma of chocolate mousse, chocolate liqueur, vanilla, some coffee and soy sauce notes; taste is quite the same with soma chilli pepper notes; really good one!

0.75l bottle many thanks to Lore. Pitch black body with a light brown head. Aroma and taste of chocolate, coffee, bourbon, vanilla, caramel and nutmeg. Sweet, shows some notes of barrel aging and has some mellow spices to it. Creamy texture, thicker than medium body. Awesome RIS.
