Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Panda thanks to me (don't ask!). Third time I have tried this beer and yet not managed to rate it yet! Just a very mild haze on this slightly dirty gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts, a fair dose of creamy sweetness. The Strata hopping here, I find a bit of a head scratcher. There is crisp cooling pine and a pleasant generic fruitiness but no real passion fruit or skunk. A mild pinch of hop spice on the end. I had this a lot fresher a couple months+ back and it was exactly the same.

Tap at craft beer junction. A light hazed golden straw coloured pour with a lively frothy white head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy fruit, orange rind, wheat, bubble gum. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, wheaty grains, spicy orange rind, bark, waxy citrus, grass. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

440ml can. Cloudy yellow, small white head disappearing immediately. Aroma of guava and lychee. Taste likewise has loads of guava and especially lychee, great pairing, light sourness. Light-medium bodied. Fantastic low ABV fruited sour.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with a thick white head. No visible carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of watermelon, grass, white candy sticks and oats. Flavour of sweet pineapple, grass and croissant. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A brilliant hop bill showcased well here.
