Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Fra fat på Indiebeer Holloway: uklar lys gylden med ok skum. Syrligfrisk sommerdrikke som inspirerer til innkjøp her. Tropiske frukter og søt citrus. Mild bitterhet i avslutningen.

Can, 6.0%. Roasted aroma, some ashes and some liquorice. Black colour, seems hazy. Good stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is roasted with malty notes of dark bread. Has a little sweetness and creamy notes, but fairly dry with notes of raw liquorice. Salty finish. Good.

440ml can which I definitely didn't buy for the extremely old meme reference. Clear golden, white head. Aroma of candied peaches and tropical fruits. Taste is sweet and fruity, peaches, passionfruit, grapefruit, a little piney resin, relatively light bitterness for the style. Medium bodied. Very nice, just wish it had more bitterness.

Keg at CBJ. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Light crisp pine. Modest but pleasing lemony citrus, Azacca all day long. Mild bitterness. Touch of peel. Light finish. Decent, could do with some more hop intensity.

440mL can, pours an opaque, milky yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has some tangy hops, gooseberries, some dankness, no real hopburn or chalk but it does have some starchiness. Flavour is rather starchy, with juicy tropical stone fruits, some gooseberries, some dankness, and lighty tangy hops. Think of this more like a semi-muddled fruit beer and it's pretty decent. As an IIPA, it's a bit clumsy. Okay.

Can. Motueka and Riwaka hopped version. Bright clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, sweetish. Nice NZ hoppage. Smooth cooling pine into juicy limey citrus, soft tangerine - mandarin in there. Light finish. A pleasant and drinkable brew overall but does not feel much like a pilsner, more a light pale ale.
