Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of plain crisps, kiwi fruit and mango. Flavour of lime and lemon sponge. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. This is a good IPA but lacks the sparkle of their other world class IPAs.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Pale golden body with a light haze and a thin white head. Fine carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of orange jelly and peach. Flavour of passionfruit, jelly babies and mandarin. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. I love Idaho 7 and Nectaron; I always associate very sweet fruit flavours with both. I think a touch more bittering hops would make this excellent beer even better. Gravity Well are one of my favourite IPA breweries and it’s great to see them brew a top quality west coast IPA after so many superb hazy IPAs.

Can, 4.4%. Good refreshing malty and citrusy aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is citrusy, lemony, but not that acidic. Has a mild paper/chalk note. Light mouthfeel but good for the style. Clean bitterness and a clean-tasting beer. Light and drinkable, but still flavourful.
