Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 24/03/24. Hazed orange to golden with a decent white cap that thins over time. Nose is juicy tropical fruit esters, pine resin, lychee, mandarin, guava, light Riwaka piss-ness, mango whisper. Taste comprises stoned fruits, guava, pine resin, grapefruit, mixed tropicana, mandarin, creamy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost. Solid DIPA ... good Kiwi piss-shizzle coming across.

Keg at Radio City, Chelmsfaaarhhd. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, good fine minerally carbonation. Airy malts, a light creamy sweetness. Smooth pine hops into light thin juicy citrus hops, quite floral, some decent tropical fruits on the back end. A very mild nip of hop spice. Tidy.

Can from The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Cloudy gold pour with a white head. Aromas of mango, papaya, peach, sweet citrus. Flavours of grapefruit, mango, white grape, tangerine, apricot. Nice balance of bitter & sweet fruits. Subtle hoppy aftertaste.

440ml can. Deep reddy purple, thin pink head, suspended fruit doesn't look pretty but is expected. Aroma of raspberry ice cream, vanilla. Taste is very sweet, raspberries, creamy vanilla, still quite tart in spite of the sweetness. Not quite thick but relative for its strength it is.

Bright spicy citrus and a little tropical fruits. A light ripe pineapple. Smooth finish brings a fair amount of hop spice and a savoury hop vibe. Light and very hoppy and very drinkable.

3rd March 2024 Can. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, thin, a thin but adequate creamy sweetness. A 2nd swing at these NZH101 hops. Light cooling pine, a mild and soft skunk. Thin but bright hop fruits. Piney citrus with a vague orchard fruits twist, white orchard fruits. Soft floral lime. More pine and mild skunk in the light finish. A nice beer, but it has done nothing to convince me this new hop won't be an also ran.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 31/01/2024 Nice Nelson action here with juicy tender white grape and crushed gooseberry, pine needles, pale malts, piney bitter hoppy close. Tasty and quaffable.
