Description
Our first love was the hazy, hoppy New England style pales and IPAs so you'll find plenty of these on our menus. Although we have three core beers (Cosmic Dust, Termination Shock and Galaxies Apart), we love experimenting so you can expect new releases every month to keep things interesting. We've recently started testing the water with some sours and stouts...more of these to come soon.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, smooth, yeah a little thin, but delivering a nice light creamy sweetness. Superdelic hops (fuck me, that is such a fucken naff name) deliver a bright pineapple and crisp pine along with light but bright limey citrus. Some juicy generic tropical fruits come through on the back end into a crisp cooling pine finish. A pleasing coconut streak that I don't recall from this hop before. Mild hop spice. Nice beer, delivers a lot from this new naff name hop. Bright and quaffable.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction - London. Pours cloudy pink with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with fairly bright berry character, low acidity, a little wheaty sugar. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with further mellow tart berry character. Not bad.
