Clear dark amber with an off-white head. Caramel toffee aroma with some citrus hops. Sweet taste with a bittersweet boozy finish. Very pleasant barley wine.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Pours black with a thin tan head. Strong iodine on the nose, medicinal whisky and faint stout roast. Taste is more of the same. Rich and thick.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - opaque black with a tan head. Nose - seaweed and iodine. Very smoky. Taste - molasses and smoke. Seaweed and iodine. Palate - medium bodied and smoky middle and finish. Overall - good but barrel dominated..
