7oz sample at the brewery pours an oily dark brown with no head. Nose has booze and caramel and butterscotch, some sumac. Flavor is sweet, butterscotch and caramel and toffee and booze. Full bodied, oily finish.

Very hazy, golden, peach and even orange coloured body with a fairly thin, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, flowers, light alcohol, a touch of malts and some soft sweetness from honey at the end. Medium-bodied; Strong citrus and stone fruit flavours show at first with a slight aspartame, fake sugar flavour that adds bitterness, but then brings out a bit of the grassiness and dryness with some herbs at the very end. Aftertaste really shows a lot of breadiness from the yeast, but a fairly good balance of malt and hops that show a lot of nice aspects, but the crisp grassy alpha acids have a good bitterness and the sweetness cuts through the malt and yeast/bready notes nicely. Overall, a nice and fairly well-rounded plain IPA that definitely tastes like an East Coaster, nothing special here, but of course, not a bad option - good to sample if this one is easy to find for you! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in Washington (Foggy Bottom, Eye Street NW), D.C. on 06-July-2021 for US$3,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 22-July-2021.

12oz can. Pretty straight up IIPA. Deep malts, reasonable hop tone.NW feel with maybe a hint of juice. Drinkable, but a rather mundane offering.

12oz can delivered from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Light to mid-gold and clear with a ring of white head. Muted floral and bready aroma. Sweet taste with a light bitterness and a crisp, drying finish. Body is on the thin side with heavy carbonation. It's a fairly standard craft lager

Can from Homesense, Manchester. Mildly hazy golden-blonde ale. Has lager stylings but is very bland in most of its character, which is a little hoppy too.

355ml can: BB 16th November 2022, drank at home straight after drinking it's little brother 'In Session' which I didn't like. Luckily this is a far better tasting beer all round, thank goodness. Clean amber body, white topping. Malty front to the nose and taste, some light piney hop action gains momentum as you get into the brew, giving it a decent bitter finish.

355ml can from Beers of Europe: BB 15th November 2022. Drank at home on 7th May 2022. Pretty unimpressed with this to be honest, all a bit boring and bland, I don't care if it's only a session IPA it could have had more flavour and 'oomph'. Clean golden orange body, weak white head. A slight citrus leaning in both the nose and taste, but not much of anything really, disappointing!

355ml can from Beers of Europe; BB 17th November 2022. Drank in the afternoon sun on my patio on 29th April 2022. Bright, clean and clear golden body, white affair on top. Not a lot going on aroma or flavour wise really, just a typical Pale Lager that is refreshing but pretty tasteless by design.

Can from Homesense, Manchester. Hazy murky golden with a frothy head. Certainly has a more session-like fruitiness and texture than the strength of this brew suggests, with pleasant citrus flavours and aromas without too much bitterness to them.
