13/6/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear deep golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is rich apple, funky, woody, vanilla, yeast. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, sparkling carbonation. Light drying tannic finish. Enjoyable.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Clear orange gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, floral. Taste is sweet, apple, fleshy, fruity, some funk, wood, caramel, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 12/05/24. Bottle #188/1350. Clear golden copper with a good sized white head for a cider. Nose is sweet apple, caramel, light sugars, modest funk. Taste comprises toffee apple, tannins, vinous, light orchard wood, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid kit ... could maybe drop the sweetness a touch.

Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, spritzy carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle at home, picked up from Elston & Son Online, 24/03/24. Batch 32, bottle #2/607. Lively pour, clear golden with a good sized white cap for a cider that hangs around throughout, carbonation well evident. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light smoke, spoiled caramel, funk, barnyard nip. Taste comprises tangy apples, funk, damp straw, light smoke, hint of pork, orchard wood. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying close. Solid cider.
