Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 04/06/23. Clear golden to light copper with carbonation well evident and a good sized white cap that retains well for a cider. Nose is crisp apple, straw, cider lolly, caramel, light vinous notes. Taste comprises apple skins, tannins, sugars, caramel, bitter sweet apple. Medium bodied, lively spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent summers day chugger if perhaps a touch lively on the carbonation front.

500ml bottle shared with Soph. Deep copper appearance. Aroma of stewed apple fruit and dust. Taste continues, fairly soft and smooth on the palate, some stewed fruit, mild caramel, soft tannins, a little scuzzy on the tongue, not massively sweet, quite a natural feel to it. Lovely.
