Pours a very slightly hazy, copper-gold, with minimal head. Aroma is grass, straw, cereal, malt. Flavor is grass, straw, malt. Very crisp and clean mouthfeel. As these beers go, not a bad example...

Pale gold with minimal head that is naught but a fine film. Aroma is weak banana and stone fruits. The taste I get is ripe banana, breads and a bit of bitter hops. In summa better than average American hefe. Very sessionable.

12 oz. can. Pours a clearer, fizzy, yellow color with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is bubblegum, lemon juice, caramel, and pine. Sweet and estery, with a light bitterness and some spice. Light body, with a velvety, lightly biting palate. This is a very yeasty hefe, but pretty nice.
