Sampled at the Estes Park Winter Festival. Pale yellow, with no real head. Bready nose, with some overripe apples and biscuit dough. Sweet and yeasty. Light body, crisp, and clean. This is a simple, pretty well made helles, but lacks complexity or depth.

At GABF 2015. yellow color, lots of malt, a simple sweetness and a simple beer but they did a good job with it. carbonation is good, and it has a good palate. Good job on a lighter style.
