Description
Temple Cider is a small-scale craft cider maker in West Dorset. We create delicious, full-juice cider, in the traditional way, but with an attention to detail that produces very clean-tasting cider. We pick the apples, we press the apples and then we make the cider; all with our own fair hands. All of our delicious Dorset ciders are made from 100% freshly pressed apples. They are suitable for vegans and are gluten-free.

500ml bottle shared with Soph. Pours a clear deep gold, still. Curious aroma, mild cheese and caramel perhaps. Interesting natural feel, gently caramelised, not as floral as previous years, gently sweet, mild fruity pulp notes, no tannic presence. Not bad at all, but again slightly different to previous years.
