500ml bottle as part of a delivery from Scrattings, Wiveliscombe and drunk at home.deep, clear orange with no head. There is an enticing sourness of capable in the aroma with light barnyardy funk notes. Taste threatens a sweetness that doesn't materialise but instead is replaced by a wall of dry. Light carbonation on the body. It's missing something - I don't know how to describe it but it tastes ust a little empty somehow - otherwise it would be one of my top ciders. There are certainly elements that are very, very good.

500ml bottle, shared with Soph along the river. Pours a clear deep gold. Soft whisky on the nose, caramelised apple fruit. Continues to taste, quite a mild whisky Influence thankfully, nicely dry with grippy tannin on the close. Good stuff.
