Description
Temple Cider is a small-scale craft cider maker in West Dorset. We create delicious, full-juice cider, in the traditional way, but with an attention to detail that produces very clean-tasting cider. We pick the apples, we press the apples and then we make the cider; all with our own fair hands. All of our delicious Dorset ciders are made from 100% freshly pressed apples. They are suitable for vegans and are gluten-free.

Bottle from Scrattings. Light misty gold, still. Aroma of caramelised apples, wood, hint of whisky. Taste of whisky barrel is more prominent in taste but not over powering. However the bittersweet apple is also a bit mellow and it would have been nice to have a sharper contrast. Nice boozy finish though to warm the innards.
