Description
Temple Cider is a small-scale craft cider maker in West Dorset. We create delicious, full-juice cider, in the traditional way, but with an attention to detail that produces very clean-tasting cider. We pick the apples, we press the apples and then we make the cider; all with our own fair hands. All of our delicious Dorset ciders are made from 100% freshly pressed apples. They are suitable for vegans and are gluten-free.

Bag-in-a-box at GBBF 25. Slightly opaque lightest gold. Frothy foamy translucent white head forms a 5mm band inside the rim. Aroma has bitter peel over some pear sweetness. Sour. That peel. Vinegary. Some underlying hints of sweetness. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. OK.

Bag in Box at Petersgate Tap, Stockport. Pours opaque pale yellow and flat. Earthy, mild solvents, unripe pear, plenty of pear skin funk. Dry taste. An interesting flavour journey, didn't love it though

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is red apples, apple peel and grapes. Not much on the taste, comes through a bit watery. Does not really follow through.
