Description
Temple Cider is a small-scale craft cider maker in West Dorset. We create delicious, full-juice cider, in the traditional way, but with an attention to detail that produces very clean-tasting cider. We pick the apples, we press the apples and then we make the cider; all with our own fair hands. All of our delicious Dorset ciders are made from 100% freshly pressed apples. They are suitable for vegans and are gluten-free.

Decent and full of flavour if running a touch sweet for my liking.

On tap at Cider House Borough Market. Hazy deep gold colour thin white bubbles. Wow that is dry. Attacks the gums with dryness. Lovely fruit though. Delicious dry cider. Full of character. So good. Love the fresh flesh flavour even though its 5 years old. Lovely. Lightly sparkling

Bag-in-a-box at GBBF 25. Slightly opaque lightest gold. Frothy foamy translucent white head forms a 5mm band inside the rim. Aroma has bitter peel over some pear sweetness. Sour. That peel. Vinegary. Some underlying hints of sweetness. Light. Thin. Soft carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. OK.
