Draft: Black, with a thin brown head. Dark chocolate, ashy aroma. Taste is roasty, chocolate malt. Very pleasant......dry, ashy finish. Really nice.

Draft. Clear golden body with a frothy white head, rapidly diminishing. Classic aroma of banana, clove, toasted grain, though all are light. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Thin to medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Grainy aftertaste and a bit of plastic/chemical.

Draft. Light pepper, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with small tan head. Mildly sweet chocolate malt, chocolate malt, light pepper, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Mildly chili pepper burn in the finish. Nice balance - spicy but heat controlled.

Growler: Slightly hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Caramel malt aroma and flavour..... I almost get something like nutmeg or a similar spice running through it in taste and scent.... Sort of Marzen-like. Tasty.

Draft. Caramel malt and fresh hay aroma. Dark amber with moderate head. Lightly sweet caramel malt and mildly bitter grass flavor. Nice body. A solid lager.

Draft. Apple, caramel malt, and light grass aroma. Dark amber with small head. Moderately sweet toffee malt and moderately bitter grass/orange peel flavor. Good body. Nice.

Refrigerated brown bomber from shrubber85 poured into a glass. Black with small beige head. Aroma is smoke, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is big smoke and nice dark malt. One of the best smoked beers I have had.

Draft at the Irish Rover Louisville. Chocolate malt and dry hay aroma. Black with small head. Sweet chocolate malt and mildly bitter hay/wood ash flavor. Nice body. Excellent - great stout.

Tap. Pours clear Amber, small beige head, decent residual and lacing. Aroma is light, grass, clove. Flavor is medium sweet, cloves, floral notes, Hibiscus, orange blossom, field grass, honey. Medium body. Too damn sweet.

Tap. Pours clear orange, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma of perfume, floral, pineapple pine needles, caramel. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter. Lightish body, oily mouthfeel.
