At home, two days ago, on the balcony, so hot and this one was welcomed. Interesting beer, in my point of view, a kind of pils, really, malty, smooth, herbal, sparkling, floral bitterness,.citrus, light and subtle,.well balanced.

(Draft at 't Kelkje, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2026) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grain, herbs and hay. Malty taste with bread, hay, herbs, grain, sourdough bread and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and well balanced. Quite nice.
