Very tiny bubbles, burnt orange color. No head. There’s a lot of baked apple here. and honestly that 13% ABV is so well hidden. I can’t believe it’s not mead! Very interesting. pear juice, some cherry hidden away and a lot of sweetness. almost cloying but impressively crafted.

On tap at LB Plaudit. Slightly hazy good, medium body, low carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is sweet tart apples with a long rich finish. Quite good.
