330ml bottle. Hazy, redd-ish, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, rapidly diminishing, pink-ish, off-white head. Fruity and lactic aroma, earthy notes of raspberry, hints of mild sauerkraut, a herbal touch of laurel. Taste is lactic and fruit acidic sour, minimally sweet, pulpy fruity, notes of raspberry, hints of citric acid, a touch of sauerkraut, a very light herbal touch. Watery texture, dry and astringent aplate, medium, lively carbonation. Very refreshing, a bit rustic - good!
