Trübe, extrem helle Farbe. Säuerlicher, an Sekt oder Most erinnernder Geruch. Geschmacklich geht es auch extrem sauer (Richtung Apfelessig) und fruchtig (Rhabarber und eine ordentliche Zitronendröhnung) weiter. Recht spritzig. Erfrischend. Schon sehr interessant, aber auf Dauer etwas zu sauer und (mit nur 3,5 % Alk.) auch zu wenig Power. Jetzt kapier ich auch warum es die Berliner Weiße mit Schuss gibt. Mit (nicht zu viel) süßem, aromatischem Sirup kombiniert hat man da eine echte Geschmacksexplosion. Fertig in der Flasche gemischt hab ich das aber noch nicht gefunden. Das war immer zu süß und künstlich. Da ist selber mischen angesagt.

Dobra zywiczna i gorzka IPA, bursztynowa barwa srednia piana ale trwala. W aromacie sporo drewna i mango, w smaku miod spadziowy iglasty, swerkowe, napar z piolunu, nieco marmolady z pigwy. Bardzo dobra gorzka IPA

Sour milk, wheat malt, sweet woodruff and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with minimal head and moderate effervescence. Lightly sweet lemon, sweet woodruff, wheat malt, moderately sour lactic acid and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice - not overly sweet.

Can sourced from Craftbeer-Shop.com and drunk at home, New 🇩🇪 brewery ✅ (16/10/2021) - black with a beige head. Dark roasted malty and solid hoppy with notes of chocolate and caramel, medium plus body, touch of coffee roast, ashy charred rye roast, hoppy and lingering roasted close. Good stuff.

On-tap at Brauhaus Lemke Hackescher Markt, Berlin on 11th October 2021. Mini haze to the amber body, thin off-white head. Caramel nose with a light fruity aroma once it warmed a little. Taste also dominated by malty molasses with caramel being the main flavour. My sweet tooth liked it.

On-tap at Brauhaus Lemke Hackescher Markt, Berlin on 11th October 2021. Clean and clear golden body, white crown on top. Malty front to the nose and taste, some fruity notes turn up as it warms. Nothing to get excited about, but it's not awful either.
