(Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden with a rather nice, creamy head. For once decently carbonized. Lightly acidic, chemical apple aroma. Distinctly acidic apple character on a malty background. Weak notes of smoke. Very unusual, but really just another dubious invention from Refsvindinge. 110705

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber colour, clear and filtered with almost no head. Distinct smoked aroma. Rather light, almost watery body and smoke all the way to the finish also containing a light bitterness. Honestly, smoked beers will never be any major favourite of mine. 200605

(Bottle 33 cl) Shit, did I regret buying a whole case of this. Getting rid of it was quite a task and each and every one I offered it to got this baffled expression on their faces.
Beautiful, clear amber colour, pretty fine head in spite of the low carbonation. The smell is terrible though, manure-like. Flawourwise, first you get some caramel notes, then bitterness and finally an odd, acidity. Very rustic and inharmonious - typical Refsvindinge. Was it meant to be this way? Well, brewer John probably doesn’t care - he bottles everything. 261104

(Bottle 33 cl) Very pale golden, slightly hazy with a rather crude head. Malty body and a slightly bitter finish - quite refreshing. But as a strawberry beer it has one major problem: the’s no trace of strawberries in colour, aroma or flavour. 250904

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, orangey golden, almost no head and a rather flat carbonation - everything typical Refsvindinge. Sweetish, malty rather rustic nose. Contains the typical - but hard to define - Refsvindinge house character. Very soft and lightly sweetish with a weak, underlying tartness. Almost no bitterness. 130805 As "Refsvindinge Mary og Frederik". 6/3/6/3/12=3 190904

Nut brown, good tanned head. Lemony, notes of ash tray, sharp metallic nose. Sweet, liquerish-like flavor/palate. Maybe candy sugar added? (3/4/4/2/8 2.1)
Re-rated: Keg@Orsted Olbar Deep clear copper color, steady white head, lace. Caramel, some brown sugar in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Caramelly, some grassy notes. Quite sweetish. Not interesting. AR 6 AP 3 F 6 P 2 OV 11 2.8

Almost opaque dark brown, not much head. Roasted smokey cold coffee nose, maybe hints of diacetyl. Watery expresso flavor. Short aftertaste.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful deep orange, no head and almost no carbonation. Completely lacking any wheat character and has an unpleasant tang. Close to horrible. I’d prefer to believe that this is off, but with Refsvindinge you never know - this might be how it was intended? Brewmaster John Nielsen uses thyme instead of coriander. 160203

(Bottle 33 cl) Fully golden without much head. Pretty low in carbonation also which is typically Refsvindinge. Also typical Refsvindinge house character with the lightly sourish and fruity notes. Very different easter brew, but very nice. 160402
