Bottle. An unclear dark brown beer with a creamy, finger-thick beige head. The aroma has quite a lot of cocoa, with notes of bonfire, roasted malts, dark dried fruit and some piney notes. It's medium bodied and semi-sweet, very softly carbonated, with a light sourness. Cocoa, roasted malts, dark chocolate, bonfire notes and a very light greenish hoppyness. Lasting medium length finish. A bit messy this one, but decent. 230111

330ml bottle, Lot 220, bought at Gulating Hamar. Shared with Leif L. Pours an huge off-white head, spotty lacing, hazy orange coloured body. Cereal malts on the nose, mid-sweet. Quite similar taste of caramel, and cereal malts, joined by a touch of herbal hops. Drying, mid-sweet malty ending, lightly roasted. Fair enough. (AIRbnb, Hamar 06.01.2023).

Can. A big, creamy off-white to beige head leaves lacing over a clear golden colored body. Fruity, saison-ish aroma with grass notes, pale malts, yeast hints and some peppery hints. It's medium to thin bodied, softly carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with a decent bitterness. Pale malts, fruityness, grass hints, yeast and a touch of pepper in the flavor. Pear, apple, melon. Medium length finish. Too yeasty this one, guess it was canned too early. 221231

Bottle. A clear one, golden in color and topped by a small white head. The aroma has a distinct sourness and some yeast, with pale malts, bread and some fruityness. Apple, pear, grape and an even fainter touch of banana. It's medium bodied and decently carbonated, quite dry, with a gentle bitterness. Bread, hay, pale malts, yeast notes, sourness and fruityness in the flavor. Medium length finish. Sure not my kind of pilsner, way too yeasty. 221231
