Shared bottle at local tasting. Hazy deep golden colour, huge white head. Dusty, grainy and bready aroma, some sourish notes. The flavour has also sourish notes, grainy with some caramel. Not an impressive start for this new brewery.

Fra flaske på RBHD-samling hos Asle Bjørn, okt-18: lett uklar kobbergylden med flott skum som varer. Maltdrevet aroma og smak med litt furunål og brød. Mye karamell og et par røde bær. Overkarbonert. Mild bitterhet i avslutningen.

Huge fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is dry mineraly, weeds, metal tank, co2 stinging in the nose, old leafs, moss, hay, bark, soil, alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, weeds, metal tank, bark, bloodlike minerals, paper, soil, sour grass, vegetables, medicine, paper, old leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish metallic mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Crap!

Bottle, thx to inbreak. It pours an almost clear body, golden in color, with a small white head. The aroma is quite weak, mostly fruity, with ripe pears, grass and some hay and grains. It's medium bodied, decently carbonated and rather dry on the palate. Fruity flavor too, not as weak as the aroma, but bitterness level should be higher I think, even though there's not that much sweetness. Pears, grass, hay and pale malts, with a light touch of pine cones. A decent beer for a recently established brewpub, and my first encounter with B20. 181007

Nice clear dark golden color with a fine off white head. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness versus bitterness. A bit rich carbonation level. Bready, malty, fruity and mild hoppy flavor. Nice tasty and easy drinkable beer.

Clear pale yellow color with a fine white head that leaves a fine lacing down the sides of the glass. Ok intensity in the aroma. Also a quite fine balanced bitterness versus sweetness. Malty and herbal flavor. Just like a pilsner should be. Far better than the macro versions. Refreshing and nice. Good product.
