On tap at Oliver Twist. Clear amber with a medium head. Aroma and taste of malt, fruit, light hops and some bread. The finish was dry and with some bitterness. Soft and easy to drink.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of orange, apricots, toast and spicy hops. Malty, fruity taste with toast, orange peel, apricots and a fresh spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry and crisp. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

On tap at Sjätte Tunnan, April 2013. (served in a mug) Hazy orange with a small white head. Sweet aroma and taste of lemon, spices, grain, ginger and some honey. On the thin side but quite ok.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, 20130314) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had roasted malts and dark chocolate. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were roasted malts, chocolate, liquorice, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, roasty and bitter. A good and sweet but not too sweet porter.

Flaska från SB. Bäst före maj 2013. Gyllenfärgad, disig, vitt skum. Maltig, örtig och lite ctrus i doften. Torr, örtig, citrusfruktig, lite jästtomer, ganska lätt kropp, rena smaker måttlig men rena och distinkt beska. Känns pigg och fräsch, lättdrucken och mycket smak åt det klassiska nordtyska pilsner hållet. En öl man vill dricka mycket av gärna till mat. En riktigt bra pilsner.

Flaska från SB. Mahognyfärgad, lågt skum som snabbt försvinner. Maltiga dofter med viss alkhol som får mig att tänka dubbelbock. Röda bär och sirap. Smaken är helt klar maltfokuserad och även smaken känns starkare än angiven alkoholhalt, lite örtkryddigt humlad, jag associerar till pepprig sillag och med en lätt pomeransbesk torr eftersmak. En rolig dunkel som tänjer gränserna något och med fin smakprofil.
