Description
There's a method in Mr Winter's madness. From the brew to the bottle, we carefully consider every element of our range to give you a taste of the unexpected.

With IPAs, golden ales and stouts in our range, we have a beer for every palate. From light and fruity, to dark and nutty, each one combines high-quality hops with barely, water and yeast to create a unique, full-bodied flavour.

Started in September 2001 by Dave Winter, as Winter’s Brewery. In early 2020, the brewery changed it's branding to the current MrWinter’s.

Cask at GBBF. It pours hazy deep red - brown with a small off-white head. The aroma is earthy, toasty, umami, liquorice and a bit of fruit cake. The taste is smooth, toasty, earthy, bit of ash, damp leaves, wood, leather and caramel with a dry finish. Light body and soft carbonation. Not a huge amount to it. Drinkable, but a bit boring.
