Butelka. Ciemnopomaraczowe, wyraźnie zmętnione. Piana bardzo obfita, ale brzydka, średnio- i wielkopęcherzykowa, postrzępiona. Aromat głównie słodowy, ale złożony, choć niezbyt intensywny - czuć chlebowość, ciasteczkowość, ale też przyprawy: szczególnie gałkę muszkatołowa. W smaku zaczyna się dość słodko, choć z lekko kwaskowym twistem, z wyraźnym wytrawnym finiszem. Nuty placka drożdżowego, rodzynek, trochę w kierunku piernika. Goryczka niska, wysycenie wysokie. Ciekawe piwo, ale spodziewałem się więcej.

11.2 oz. bottle. Bottled on 7/17/2015. ABV - 6.9%. Pours a hazy deep gold hue with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is green grapes, funk, mild brett, sour fruits. Taste follows nose. A bit tart, cherry notes. Fairly dry finish. Really good.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, nice thick long lasting white head. Taste: Pretty dry, starting a bit malty with a fast incoming good amount of hopbitterness and clearly notes of the orval bretty yeast, with some peppery and lightly yellow fruit hints. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry bittery palate at finish. Nice one.

Bottle 0.33l. Lightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- yeast, funky, apple, pear, slight touch of caramel. FLAVOR- dry, nice bitter finish, fruity, apricot, wood, touch of pear, slight peppery undertones. Fuller bodied.
