Bottle shared at level 42 Canary wharf tasting. 11/07/2016. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is apple, Belgian, phenols, straw, honey. Flavour is composed of light grains, Belgian yeast, phenols, jammy fruits, little orange rind, Warming alcohol. Little sweet honey. Palate is semi sweet grainy, highish carbonation. Little solvent.

Bottle at Level 42 tasting, thanks to Ferris II, 11/07/16. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white swirl. Nose is floral, tarte melon, mandarin, tangy peach esters, straw. Taste comprises bitter citric rinds, melon, caramel, yeast esters, spice, orange rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent Belgo Stronge.

Bottle at level 42 care of fergoos. It pours cloudy golden - orange with thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is bready, cereal, toasted grain, husks, mild candy, pear, apple, melon and sweet banana. The taste is smooth, bready, bitter - sweet, banana split, melon, apple, warming alcohol spice and candy with a sweet, warming finish. Medium + body and high, foamy carbonation. A bit sweet perhaps, but overall not bad for the style.

Bottle shared in CW - many thanks to Fair Goose. Pours unclear gold with a dense, creamy off-white head. Big yeasty nose, some doughy malts, tangerine, wheat. Heavy sweet flavour, lightly boozy, phenolic, with banana chips, wheat flakes, hay, honey. Medium to full bodied with lively carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, with more hearty wheat bread, yeast, melon, subtle rind. Not bad.

Hazy yellow with lasting, fluffy head. Aroma and flavour are subtly spicy with hints of coriander. There’s also a dry, yeasty pepperiness. Nice strong flavour. Very good quality.
