On tap at Beva, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is quite citric, with some herbaceous notes, subdued rustic notes, some sulphuric (farty) notes, and light brine. Flavour is rather briny, with lots of lemon, some bring herbaceous notes, moderate acidity, and not a whole lot of wild buggy character. Not egregious but there's too many flaws here.

Pale, yellow and slightly hazy, a bit yoghurty but not in a bad way, some dh for sure, I'�m getting a weedy, lemony note, ok the base could be better but for a first stab at mixed ferm this is good.

Somewhat odd colour, a dull oxidized peach hue. Thick head. Has a moderate bitterness, light fruity, weedy hop, definitely a little bong resin here, but the entire presentation is a bit dull. Not bad, just not bright.
