Bottled, 0.75l. Hazy golden-pinkish body, not much head. Interesting, complex aroma, bready touches, raspberry, Brettanomyces and light vinegar in the aroma, fairly spicy too. A lovely tart raspberry profile in the taste in combination with a distinct bretty profile, with maybe a trace touch of burnt match. Agreed, lovely, but I'm gonna be less strict with the rating, to balance it out hahahah.

Tap at Zil verne. Rather thin body, med-light carbonation. The beer is centered around sourness, yet in good balance. Med-light acetic character, also med-light general bretty funk. There is also light sweetness, with hints of caramelly, dark molasses flavours. Lots of fruitiness going on, red fruits, winey, but also med-light dried fruits, subtly oxidized. Med-light rum, light tannins and woodiness. All the things together present an intense, yet enjoyable, nicely complex experience. Excellent.

Tap, I think, at the Prague Beer Fest 2023, thanks someone! Dark red-amber body, off-white head. Sweetish yet bretty aroma, fruitiness, caramel, light light vinegar. Lean taste, okay, good berry, red fruit notes, caramelly maltiness, but there's something a bit papery and phenolic that I found to be just slightly off. Not their best, sadly, but a good try.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy, reddish golden with no head. Amazing, complexity nose with acetic acid, wild yeast and noble rot. Medium body, a slightly sweet fruitiness with raspberry notes and a dry and tart finish. Lovely. 030423
