Ridiculous. So much going on. Lemon peel and ginger would be complex enough, but add in a notably peaty aroma and finish from the Laphroaig barrel fermentation and you have one weird farmhouse beer. Not a saison. 750ml was too much for one mere mortal.

Poured from 750mL bottle (thanks Marko). Hazy yellow with small white head. Lots of apricot, gentle funk quality, light hopping, nice carbonation.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lightly tart apricot, gentle citrus hopping, and a little lacto. Flavour is tart and fruity, with sour apricot, light lacto, and some champagne-like effervescence. Carbonation is aggressive, with tart citrus and apricots on the finish. Pleasant enough.

Draught at Keg Sörmüvház, Budapest. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- funky, herbal, wild tones, apricot, peach, pickled cucumbers. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Hazy pale golden color with low white head. Aroma: citrus notes - orange, orange peel mainly, yeasty presence, thin thin oaky line. Taste: orange, candied orange, light oak, slightly phenolic. Medium body, moderate to high carbonation, light bitterness. Very good, but missing a bit to be great.
