Bottle 0.75l, from our archive, four years aged. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- noble and aged, a bit sharp, herbal, meadow, white wine, white grapes, muscatel, touch of gooseberry, funky. FLAVOR- very smooth, slightly sweet, slightly sour, slightly bitter, flowery, herbal, white grapes, gooseberry, yellow apple, white currant, apricot, pleasant alcohol. Medium bodied. Great! Some beers simply needs some time.

Tap at Lya. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Quality funk, tartness, mild brett, lightly acetic aroma, red apple, herbal hoppy touches. Lean, dry funky taste, liiightest od toothrot notes. Freshest tart red apple flesh, light citrus. The body just works, not particularly carbed but nice enough, vague gluey touches, but somehow well integrated into the lean, juicy body. The body is as if good apple juice got funky in a good way. Could be sold this was a cider.

Sample at SBWF 2024. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a white head. A bit tart with funk, citrus, oak and some hay. Pleasant.

Bottle at Juova, Helsinki. Poured light yellow in color. Funky aroma with light bretta, apples, light acidic. Light woody flavor, funk. Honey shows in the finish. Very refreshing.

Tap. Funky spicy aroma and taste, wooden barrel notes, light to medium sour and bitter. Medium body, spicy funky woody bitter and sour finish. Good.

Tap at 100 piv. Rather thin body, rather low carbonation, could use more. Lots of barnyard horsey hay character, also moderate flowery perfumey character, med-light spicy. Overall very nice, easy drinking, I would only like more bubbles.

Tap at Zil verne, roughly 3-4 months ago. Blackboard said 7,2% and 14°P, no idea about vintage. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Lots of sour cherry, light vanilla, honeyish, slightly waxy. Rather restrained farmhouse, but that is not bad. Medium sourness, light tartness. A hint of sulfur. Good one, easy drinking.
