This is our attempt to have complete control over how our beer is brewed, fermented and presented to our local community. Our goal is to remain a humble little company and to grow organically.

We strive to present world class wild and farmhouse- inspired beer to an ever growing community of beer and wine enthusiasts to share and contemplate.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: bright red color with a finger and a quarter's worth of white foamy head which fell off nicely to leave some messy sticky lace
Aroma: yes to the passion fruit, yes to the mango, yes to the dragon fruit and a lovely vanilla settling in underneath, subtle sweet grassy hop tones further underneath
Flavor: blends those prior noted aromas together, sweet, bitter, tart and sour; finishes with the vanilla coating those fruits
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper, fair smoothness, nice creaminess on the tongue while blending with those fruits, extremely low hop bitterness
Overall: very nicely done sour IPA I would return to.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is caramel, maple, soft vanilla. The flavor is mellow vanilla, raisins, light maple nuances with just enough bourbon to cut the sweetness. No alcohol noted anywhere. Smooth oily texture across the tongue. Wow, candy in a glass that never gets too sweet. Amazing!

Bottle shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Virtually opaque, maple syrup brown, light viscosity, no head/lacing. Aroma is strong caramel, brown sugar, dark fruit, bourbon. Taste is strong vanilla, raisin/dark fruit, maple, caramel, bourbon all in lovely harmony. Smooth, silky texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation, mellow finish as taste; zero sign of alcohol. This is so smooth and mellow, you could just sip it forever. Exceptional aroma, taste, texture; super balanced and complex.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart cherries, lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, very nice.
