On tap at Smack Shack North Loop. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bite of lemon with a good amount of straw, some grain and a touch of hay. Flavor has similar notes of lemon and straw with some hay and bread in the finish.

Keg at Bazil's, 1/28/23. Hazy orange, medium white head, good retention. Aroma of pineapple, coconut, tropical fruit. Taste is cinnamon, pineapple, apple. Moderate tartness. Not sure what is going on here is what I wrote in my notes. Not sure what I meant by that. Pretty drunk by that point. Four different bars at age 40 isn't as easy as it used to be.

16 oz can. Appearance is a clear honey like hue. Aroma reminds of of light peanut butter. Flavor as a little bit of almond, walnut, hazelnut. Light body with a smooth creamy texture over the palette. When you drink this, you’re gonna have all kinds of nuts up in your mouth!

Tap at Indeed MKE. Mug Club Pour. Really nice Pils, modern style, undefined. A lot of pleasant bitterness, juicy black berry edges. Drinkable, but depthful. Bready, deep Keller bier tone. Good.

Tap at Indeed. Awesome, World Class Black IPA. Chunky body, big bitterness, rich resinous chocolate pine. The spruce doesn't come through, maybe just accentuates. Really solid beer.

Canned@SBWF2018. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some fishy and zesty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some fishy, salty and mild lactic notes along with a quite tropical fruity finish.
