5.9 ABV 50 IBU version. Was worried that this would taste similar to the Schwarzbier but they are fully different creatures. Deep caramel brown malts, husky feel, chocolate touched. Pretty beautiful malt tone. Luscious flavors. Creamy, pleasant mouthfeel. Solid.

Tap at Indeed. Deep brown black body. Steady beige head. Pretty spot on for the style. Chocolate, caramel, nice hop balance too. Really good.

Tap at Indeed. Loretta's was already a solid dark lager and the cocoa husk addition really throws it over the top. Luscious and sweet, but very well centered too. A great dark beer, really well executed.

Tap at Indeed MKE. Thick, unfiltered yellow-tan head. Massive, steady, white head. Rindy and bright, but kind of a thin and watery too. Refreshing enough, OK.

Pint can purchased at the MKE taproom yesterday, 10/1/23. Clear gold, medium white head, poor retention. Aroma of bready, doughy malt, grass. Taste is sweet malts, grassy hop. Simple, well balanced. Solid. Rating 21.7k!

12oz can. Candy lemon dominates, but not in a flavorful way...just plastic-like artificial blandness. Salt is there, but can't do much with the lame lemon flavor. Not a beer I'd ever revisit, bland and unimpressive.
