33cl bottle @Tommyknocker bar, Helsinki. Brown colored, thin off white head. Mild vegetable notes, corn, bready notes. Flavor has sweetness, bread, alcohol, toffee notes. Sweet, soy sauce. Flavor is better than the aroma, but still no hit.

Tap @ tommyknocker. Black colored, thin brown head. Nice roasty, chocolaty aroma, creamy, chocolate cake. Flavor has roastedness, licorice, chocolate, hops. Dry finish, lingering chocolate. Light to medium bodied. Tasty.

(Keg at Tommyknocker, Helsinki, 20150403) The beer poured dark reddish brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, wood and mildly molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, sweetness, grass, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, woody and bitter. A nice malty ale. Alcohol was well hidden.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, liquorice, sweetness, burnt malts, pine and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy dark ale.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, lactic sourness, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A somewhat thin and too sweet brew.

Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, caramely malts, toffee, citrus and pine. Taste is sweetish, malty and fruity with some pine, grass and grapefruit. Finish is sweetish and slightly fruity with hints of grassy hops and pine. Okay, not super fresh though.
