12 ounce bottle thanks to hershiser2! 1/1/20. Hazy pale orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of Noble hops, grassy hops, pale doughy malt. Taste is doughy malt, snappy, herbal, grassy hops, a little bit of butteriness from the malt. Medium bodied, crisp, moderate lingering bitterness.

On tap at Rustico Ballston, pours a clear amber with some creamy, white head. Nose is very true to style, dark grains, soggy bread, yeast, cracker. Flavor has all that malt working well, nothing is overly sweet, there's a lick of soapy hop helping to round things out. Finishes dry. Very true and quite drinkable.

355ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney, fruity and slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, some apple and pear, a touch of lemon and lime, some melon, minimally herbal hoppy overtones with a touch of lemon balm and peppermint. Taste is sweet-ish pale malty, slightly biscuity, fruity and slightly piney hoppy, notes of pineapple and melon, hints of pear and yellow apple, some lemon, a touch of lime, lemon peel, lemon drops, lemon balm, woodruff, peppermint. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation. Not a hop punch in terms of intensity, but quite rich, complex and manifold concerning the variety hop flavours.

Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is malty, very intense natural malts, mild wheat notes even, bready, very fresh and crisp. Hops are more mellow. Bit citrussy. Nice cohabitation of both aspects. Taste is full, crisp, rather sharp. Bit malty ( less than the scent provided). Mild pine, médium bitter. Bit soapy, but not necessarily bad.
