Can at the strait and narrow Lincoln. Deep ruby brown almost black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are toffee and caramel some tart apple and sweet vanilla. Sweet boozy body. And rich.

Bottle. Pours black with almost no head. Aroma is dark malts, prune, chocolate, Tonka, coffee. Medium to full body. Flavour is rich and sweet. Lots of prune and fig, intense Tonka and light chocolate, lots of medium roast coffee. Nice!

Tap at Vaat Brewery. Thin body, medium carbonation. Lots of green apple in aroma and flavour also. Little else going on, unfortunately nor does Mosaic - MIA. Neutral cidery beer.

Tap at Sori Taproom Helsinki. Med-thin body, med-low carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light acetic acid, feels dusty, old, basementy, not in a good way though. Moderate port, cherryish, somehow barely moderate dark maltiness here. Lots of dried fruits. Overall - just not good, went bad.

Tap at Sori Taproom Helsinki. Thin body, med-low carbonation. Light sweetness, med-high bitterness, med-light astringency. Medium toasty breadiness, med-light caramelly maltiness, light burnt grain. Moderate spiciness, not working well though IMO. Overall rather average.

Bottle at Uba Ja Humal. Medium body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness of the roasty malty kind. Lots of roasty pleasantly coffeeish malt, medium cocoa. Rather dry with light sweetness. Pretty good, I now noticed I am actually drinking a true coffee beer. And it works. Well made.

Light smell of grapefruit. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, some soap and fruit. Lightly bitter. Lively carbon. Meh neipa.
