Vintage 2021. Dark brown body, with a small, tan head. Aroma of bourbon, tobacco, toffee, soy sauce, some coffee. Tastes quite similar, with more dark chocolate. Oily mouthfeel. Finishes medium roasty, moderate sweet, wooden, with dark chocolate, bourbon, toffee, some coffee. A quite straight, old school BBA Stout, greatly balanced, not too sweet. The ABV is almost completely hidden. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Draft at Brothers. Added another beer to my flight to wait out a torrential downpour. Golden pour with a sturdy white head. Aroma is a full malty and hops balance that packs some strength, fruity and floral. taste is turned over to the lush hop profile, fruity, citrus and tropical fruit. Smooth as can be, ABV almost unnoticable

Taster at brewery. Medium golden pour, sparse head, streaky lacing. Piney, hoppy aroma with a dank edge. Taste comes in sticky, hoppy, piney, green. Pretty hoppy for an East Coast IPA.
