Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle corked and capped. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is really fruity, medium body, medium/low carbonation. Taste is nice sweet honey, fruity pineapple, and yeasty.

750ml bottle at the barrel tasting. Pours out a amber orange topped with a small head. Nose is pine oak bourbon vanilla and some earth tones. Taste is more of the pine hops barrel notes and some sweetness from the heavy malts.

355 ml. can sampled @ Pure Apricot Tasting. Thanks! Orange, creamy white head. Citrus, creamy, lemon, light metal, orange peel,.. Taste is resin, fruity, lemon, bitter, peel, citrus, juicy, touch caramel, light herbal,… Juicy, light touch watery body, very easy to drink. Very nice every day beer.

Sample at Cock & Bull Pub in Sarasota. Pours black with a thick and foamy off-white head that recedes gradually. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoked malt, wood and chocolate. Medium-bodied with flavors of charred malt, smoked wood and a bit of dark chocolate. The finish is smoky with a burnt malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle @ RBSG Grand Tasting. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty spicy peppery chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate peppery chili flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish with spicy chili in the aftertaste.

Rate #900. Bottle during RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting at Schlafly Tap Room. Dark brownish black with tan head. Aromas of peppers, dark chocolate. Tastes of peppery notes, chocolate, caramel, dark fruit. Medium-full body with a dry and warm peppery finish.
