Lattina. Il naso rimanda allo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

Bottle. Clear golden, large foamy white head, ok lasting. Gentle fruity with some grass, fresh shampoo and bubblegum. Mild bitterness, mild sweetness and slightly citrusy. Mild and light, nice. Mild aftertaste. Drinkable.

Sehr schöner, feinporiger und beständiger Schaum, Bernsteinfarbe. Das Bier malzig-süss, leicht und süffig.

Im Glas präsentiert sich dieses Bier hellgoldgelb und opaltrüb mit feinporiger Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone hinterlässt einen flaumig-wässerigen Eindruck und hält mäßig gut. Die Duftaromatik wirkt reiffruchtig und man vernimmt Noten von gelben Steinobst, die bis in eine zart honigartige Note reichen. Zusammen mit einem Hauch Hefe erinnert es ein wenig an Weißwein mit hoher Restsüße. Der Antrunk kommt kräftig, aber feinspritzig, wirkt sehr frisch und bringt süßlich-fruchtige bis honigartige Malznoten mit sich. Am Gaumen vervollständigt sich die Aromatik mit einer zarten Hopfenaromatik, die ebenfalls in eine eher fruchtige und leicht heuige Richtung schlägt. Grundsätzlich spielt das aber eine sehr untergeordnete Rolle. Das Gesamtbild weiß auf jeden Fall zu gefallen. Vom Mundgefühl her muss man festhalten, dass die feine Rezenz, die weiche, fast cremige Viskosität und eine zart bittere Adstringenz ebenfalls ein ganz gutes Gesamtpaket darstellen. Im Nachtrunk bauen die Fruchtigen Noten langsam ab und ein angenehmer Hefeton schwingt noch gut nach. Erst sehr spät stellt sich eine sehr zarte, leicht trockene Hopfenherbe ein.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Ha una nota finale secca. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, nocciole tostate, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia amara, erbe aromatiche, frutta passita e pepe nero.

Clear blond to gold yellow beer, creamy bit irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty malty, grains, yeasty, ripe banana, a bit spicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, very malty, grains, lots of banana, a bit grassy. Aftertaste: yeasty, a bit sweet, malty, grains, a bit herbal, malty, a little fruity, pretty bitter finish, more yeast.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy dark orange sporting a massive white head. Aroma of stone fruits, caramel and a little bit of pine. Taste of malts, stone fruits, malts, some oranges, pine, marmalade and resin. Dry finish. Moderate to strong but somewhat harsh bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Well it’s all there but it doesn’t quite mesh. I’m underwhelmed.
