Bräu George von Gaffel, Fläschchen (MHD: 01.12.2021) aus Lokaltausch DE 3 - Dank an Kölschtrinker. - Nicht rot sondern goldbraun mit ganz leichtem Rotton, trüb. - In der Nase milde, leicht limonadige Zitrusfrucht, nur ein Hauch von süßer Himbeere und feine obergärig-hefige Züge. - Erst im Antrunk schlägt die Himbeere zu, zwar eher leicht, nicht übermäßig süß und auch rund in den weichen, fein obergärig-fruchtigen Körper eingebettet, dennoch irgendwie unpassend. Milder rezent, schlank & frisch. Im Abgang macht sich statt Hopfens der Glukose-Fruktose-Sirup bemerkbar. - Kann man schon mal trinken, wenn es nicht unbedingt ein Bier sein muß. (6.9.2022.)

--Bottled, thanks koelschtrinker! -- Almost clear pale amber, mid sized head. Aroma of ripe raspberries. Sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Whatever qualities the base beer had, those are long drowned in raspberry jam. Low bitterness. Next time, serve the raspberries on the side please.

lattina 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color oro pallido limpido, al naso è fruttata lieviti miele millefiori note floreali, in bocca è morbida cereali pane bianco miele note erbacee, lieve astringente, carbonazione moderata, corpo rotondo, dolce con amaro leggero. Fruttata e amabile. Molto buona, da manuale.. c. Cantina della birra 30.07.22

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has maltyness, some hay and grass. Taste has smooth maltyness, some grass, hin tof aromatic notes. Medium bodied. Pure and nice.
