Smaksprøve på bryggeriet og delt flaske på hotellbalkongen i Kamari (Santorini): uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Både aroma og smak overbeviser, dette er uten tvil den beste ølen jeg har fått her på Santorini - furunål, appelsinmarmelade, karamell, mango. God balanse og lang, fruktig ettersmak.

Cloudy yellow? Is there hope for this Greek beer? Malt nose with resin hops. Taste is simple hay malt, resin hops that’s there but not overwhelming. I. The terms of North American beer it’s passive. But for Greece, it’s amazing!

Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt, banana, cacao nibs. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, sweet malt, dark malt, peppery, cacao nibs, banana - skum banana - riped banana - BBQ banana. Bottle friends brought back for me from Santorini. Pours a hazy pale golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is nicely hopped, with some fruit notes. Light sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Finish is creamy with a touch of coconut. Really nice.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Hazy yellow color, big fizzy white head. Typical over the top hefeweizen aroma of yeast and sweet artificial banana. Taste is wheat, somewhat sweet and banana-ish. Way too fizzy carbonation. Not good.
