Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt, banana, cacao nibs. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, sweet malt, dark malt, peppery, cacao nibs, banana - skum banana - riped banana - BBQ banana. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170427] 7-4-7-3-15

Immigrant Tap Room, bottle: pours amber with a white head. Aroma is very light and malty with some toffee or something. Taste is pretty light. Light malts. Low hops. Meh.

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Day 2. Very hazy yellow golden with a big white head. Aroma is herbal with veggies, light citrus and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with high carbonation. [20-08-2016]

[ As Santorini White Donkey ].Hazy matt medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, weizen yeast, banana, fruity yeast, wheat, belgium yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Bottle friends brought back for me from Santorini. Pours a hazy pale golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is nicely hopped, with some fruit notes. Light sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Finish is creamy with a touch of coconut. Really nice.

Hell hefiger Antrunk. Starke Karbonisierung, keine Süße. Spritzig, etwas monoton. Am Strand mit Sicherheit gut. 9/10/9/9//9
