Description
We are The Curious Brewery. Where flavour and passion comes first. We believe in trying to create things that others can’t.

Our reason for being is to inspire people to stay curious. To question. To celebrate. To smile more. And to never graduate from the school of life. We decided to make the best-tasting beer and cider, using just the best quality ingredients brewed at our state of the art Brewery in Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

330ml bottle. Crystal clear amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Cautious hoppy aroma with unspecific fruitiness, red berries at most, maybe watermelon and pineapple in homoeopathic application rate. Taste is moderately sweet caramel malty, dry hoppy overtones with hints of pineapple, pine, a very cautious touch of lemon zest; dry, minimally woody and chalky finish. Harmonious, well-behaved, an IPA for wussies.

330ml bottle purchased at Spar Tomasjord, Tromsø. Pours a clear golden body, with a big head that rapidly diminishes into a filmy layer and leaves some lacing. Aroma of grapes, straw, sweet yeast and fresh hops. Very pleasant and smooth, grapes, hints of lemon and vanilla. Dry sweet finish. Very nice and refreshing drink on a warm evening under the midnight sun! (06.07.14)

Bottle. A dark golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Floral, fruity aroma. Tastes fruity, floral, champagne like, slightly sweet. I had 5 bottles of this at a friends house and it wasn’t bad at all, surprisingly drinkable actually.
