Description
We are The Curious Brewery. Where flavour and passion comes first. We believe in trying to create things that others can’t.

Our reason for being is to inspire people to stay curious. To question. To celebrate. To smile more. And to never graduate from the school of life. We decided to make the best-tasting beer and cider, using just the best quality ingredients brewed at our state of the art Brewery in Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

Bottle at home, thanks to Michael next door, 23/12/2025.
Golden to light orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is pale malts, grass, herb, skunky tones.
Taste comprises grains, fruit esters, pale malts.
Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close.
Overly sweet, flabby and generally crap ... god knows who those judges were!

Old rating from 2014 - 330ml bottle, pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, honey, flora & yeast. Light body. Dry slight bitter finish. The name seems to be the best thing about this beer, pretty bland all round

Clear, pale yellow pour with no head. Aromas of apples and yeast. Taste is tart apples, the yeast works well, giving some depth, other flavours are raisin and a hint of sweet bread.

330ml bottle bought from a shop at Tufnell Park. Close-to-clear warm golden body, remaining pearl white head, spotty lacing. Herbal hops on the nose, mid-sweet, inviting. Citrus flavoured with moments of grapefruits, and leafy hops. Satisfying resinous bitterness to the ending. Medium bodied. Nice. (Airbnb flat, London, 09.12.2023).
