Yellow, clear pour with thin head. Crisp and fresh taste. Worked well with Indian food.

Bottle purchased by MrsSHIG: Poured a clear with carbonated bubbles. Aroma is crisp apples, light pungent. Taste is carbonated, apples, tingly. Lively.

Cask handpull at Curious Brewery Ashford. Deep dark brown red colour lasting tan head. Belgian Estee yeast aroma. Milk chocolate malty aroma. Decent temperature and ok condition. Malty flavour some more ester yeast. OK. not great but it's good the brewery is trying new styles.

Pale blond colour with thin head. Fairly plain with a light grainy sweetness. Rounded but fairly non distinct hop bitterness. Fairly thin and mild.

Straw blond colour with thin head. Clean and fresh taste. Yes, some kind of interesting thing going on with the yeast.

Keg at The Pregnant Man, Holborn. Sampled March 2019. Pours light hazy golden with a cream cap. Aroma: light citrus, white wine, floral. Taste: light sweet & bitter, citrus, grapey hints. Not bone dry like some of this style. Light to medium body with low carbonation.
