Description
Titanic Brewery has grown from very humble beginnings to production of over 3 million pints in 2020. Founded in 1985, Titanic Brewery has been brewing beer in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent for over 30 years. The Staffordshire brewery is run by local brothers, Keith & Dave Bott. We employ over 150 local people.

29/8/2019. Cask at Sir John Moore, Glasgow. Pours dark amber brown with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, toffee, bread, fruit cake and light spice. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium to full bodied, rich texture, soft carbonation. Bready, cakey finish. Went down well after a day working in Glasgow.

Pitch black and no head. Coffee and caramel aroma. Roasted malt flavor with caramel, coffee, licorice and apple. Thin and a bit watery, but still a nice beer that goes down easily.

Cask at GBBF: Poured a golden with white color head. Taste is buttery and malt. Aroma is similar and seemed off to me.

Cask at GBBF: Poured a reddish edged brown with tan head. Aroma is malt and bubblegum. Taste is a bit butter malt sweet.

8/8/2019. Cask at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, butter, fruit and flowers. Medium wetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Too buttery to really enjoy.

8/8/2019. Cask at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours clear amber/pink with a bubbly off-white head with more pink. Aroma of sweet raspberry, citrus, wheat, lactose, yeast and boiled sweets. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Ice cream finish. Quite drinkable.

8/8/2019. Cask at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours clear dark ruby brown with a small bubbly lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, hops, dark fruit, citrus and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Light bitterness to finish. Lacked some body but otherwise not bad.

Cask at GBBF 2019. Nose is apple, cherry, caramel, brown sugar. Light body, pretty reddish brown. Mild and gentle, spicy, some peppery notes.

10/7/2019. Cask at the 30th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours bronze brown with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
