On tap at Taphouse - CPH, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose is very funky, with lots of rotting apple core, intense barnyard funk, and some apple skins. Flavour is very dry and funky, with a sort of sulphuric funk, apple skins, and rotting apple core. A little harsh and off-kilter. Okay.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals overripe fruits, with some strange rotting funk, and green apple core. Flavour is thankfully much better, with some wild yeast, gentle funk, and dry green apple skins. Funky and dry, but has some slight harshness. Good stuff overall.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is vanilla, custard, quite tart already, with some green apples. Taste is green apples, distinctly sour, vanilla, custard, dry finish. Mealy mouthfeel with mineraly carbonation. Does not fit together perfectly.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren as Decideret Sour Bourbon BA Cider. Pours clear light golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, green apples, apple core, little wood. Flavor is light sour, apples, wood, dont get any bourbon. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 221218
