Bottle. Hazy yellow golden. Tart apple, dank weedy hops with citrus zest, light floral, green apples, red currants, gooseberries. Light sweet and a bit more sour and bitter. Almost medium bodied, medium dry. OK.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.12.2023) im 2022-07 getrunken. Dieses trübe dunkelgelbe Cider hat eine deutliche Apfelsäure. Aber ein recht schwachen Körper, so daß der Körper sehr kurz ist. Auch wenn das Apelaroma sehr deutlich ist fehlt mir hier ezwas die Balance.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.12.2023) im 2022-07 getrunken. Dieses leicht trübe, weißweinfarbene Cider hat eine feine Säure, leicht süßliche Apfelaromen: Auvh wenn es ein schneller Durstlöscher ist, ist es mehr auch nicht.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is green apples, quite some vineous character. Taste is again vineous, green apples, minerals, a little bit bitter in the back. Sparkly carbonation. Interesting one, very characterful!
